Training & Work Experience Programs Available
Digital Marketing Specialist – In 8 weeks, in a hands-on & instructor-led course, you can learn one of the hottest skills in the marketing industry. Digital marketing, also called online marketing, is the promotion of brands to connect with potential customers using various internet channels or forms of digital communication. This includes not only email marketing but social media marketing, and web-based advertising, and much more. Students are in training 2 days per week and working at an assigned employer site 3 days per week.
Cybersecurity Training | Computer Security – Let's face it, as computer usage goes up, so does cybercrime. You will learn what's needed to launch your career into the Information Technology and cysbersecurity sector. Courses include the basics of Computer Hardware and Software, Computer Networking, and Computer Security Fundamentals. This program is 12 weeks and is instructor-led, hands-on, and maps to several optional IT Certifications. Students are in training 2 days per week and working at an assigned employer site 3 days per week.
Front-End Web Design & Development – According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Front-end web developer jobs are growing at a much faster rate than other jobs in America. Students will learn HTML, CSS, and Javascript web technologies, among other items. These skills are used to create websites, mobile apps, email marketing campaigns, and more. This course is 12 weeks and is hands-on, instructor-led, and emphasizes developing a portfolio, so you have real-world experience to showcase to future employers. Learn one of the most sought-after technology skills. Students are in training 2 days per week and working at an assigned employer site 3 days per week.
Business Office Specialist – Not
sure what area of work you want to do, but you want to develop skills to make you marketable to employers. This program has you covered. Every
company in every industry needs what we call "Power Computer Users."
This program will teach you the in-depth skills you need to be a master at
Microsoft Office, from front-desk associates to bookkeeping specialists. This
9-week program is instructor-led and hands-on and is designed to cover the most
popular computer applications used in today's businesses. The emphasis in this
program will be on developing customer service skills, learning Microsoft Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Intuit QuickBooks. Students are in training 2 days per week and working at an assigned employer site 3 days per week.
