Through the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), eligible Florida residents can access free AI training that leads to industry-recognized certifications. The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act is a federal program administered through CareerSource Florida. Furthermore, it is designed to help workers gain the skills they need to compete in today's job market. As a result, WIOA provides funding — often called training grants or Individual Training Accounts (ITAs) — that cover the cost of approved training programs at eligible providers.

• Individual Training Accounts are the specific mechanism through which WIOA funds flow to approved training providers like Computer Coach. Your local CareerSource office manages this process.

Reemployment Assistance

• If you are currently receiving unemployment benefits in Florida, you may be eligible for training support through Reemployment Assistance programs. Moreover, completing an approved training program during this period can strengthen your re-entry into the workforce.

Employer Tuition Reimbursement

• Many Florida employers offer tuition reimbursement for professional development. Therefore, if you are currently employed, check with your HR department — AI training is exactly the kind of program most reimbursement policies cover.

Corporate and Government Training Contracts

• Organizations, agencies, and workforce boards can contract directly with Computer Coach to train their teams. Additionally, grant-funded workforce initiatives at the state and local level frequently include Computer Coach in their approved provider networks.
